The Air Defence College is a premier scientific military institution dedicated to equipping the armed forces with highly skilled professional engineers. Established in 1974 in Alexandria, the college was later relocated to the New Capital in Cairo, within the campus of the Egyptian Military Academy. Graduates of the Air Defence College are commissioned as officers in the Egyptian Air Defence Command. Recognized as one of the most advanced-technology research military institutions in the Middle East, the college attracts students from Egypt and abroad, eager to gain expertise in modern air defence systems and methodologies.
Academic Objectives
The Air Defence College aims to prepare scientifically proficient and physically fit officers capable of effectively leading sub-units and operating state-of-the-art air defence weaponry. The curriculum emphasizes equipping graduates with the skills required to meet the challenges of modern air warfare through advanced training and education.
